Starting process

Q : What should I do if I would like to shift my goods back to my home country?
A : Firstly, determine home country, goods and items for exporting. Then contact our company for evaluation and estimation of costing involve. Upon agreeing on the costing, proper documentation (as in Service) should be completed. Soon the whole process of shifting will start.

Packing and Packaging

Q : Are packing and packaging services provided by your company?
A : Yes, our company do provide those services upon request with extra charges at a very minimal cost.

Transporting goods from house to port

Q : Will the price varies for customers outside Sapporo?
A : Yes, depends on the distance involved. The further the area, the price will slightly increase.

Q: Can I deliver the goods to the port by myself?
A : Clients are not advisable to deliver their own goods to the port. Unauthorized personnel are not allowed to enter the port. Only authorized personnel are permitted into the port.

Container

Q : Can I share container with other clients?
A : Yes, you can share your container depending on the quantity of goods and size of container you have booked. It is advisable to share up to 3 people only for convenience customs clearance. Some unforeseen circumstances may arise following the customs clearance at the check points.

Q : Will the price be cheaper if I shared my container?
A : Yes, because you can divide the cost among your friend.

Q : What is the smallest container size available?
A : At the moment only 2 sizes of container are available i.e 20 feet and 40 feet.

Car shipment

Q : Will the car model affect the overall costing?
A : No, but the size of the car may affect the size of the container i.e if your car model is a small car, maybe can be fitted in the 20 feet container together with some goods but if your car size is larger, maybe you need to order the 40 feet size container. The size of container will affect the overall costing.

Q : What are the additional procedures for car shipment?
A : You are requested to prepare document as in paragraph 5 and others by our company.

Q : How many cars can be fitted in one container?
A : Depending on the size of the container. Generally, 20 ft container can fit one car and 40 ft container can fit 2 cars.

Q : Do your company provide a car rental service too?
A : Yes, our company do provide a rental service car after delivering your goods and car.

After port of exit service

Q : Do your company provide a service from port of exit to a local destination or door-to-door services?
A : At the moment our company is not providing a port of exit service and door to door services yet. We are planning to have these services too in the future.

Q : I am not sure of the procedures once my goods arrived at the port of destination?
A : You can refer to the local forwarding agent at the port of destination for further inquiries.
