Documents needed to process

1. Renewing your latest home address at the relevant City Hall you reside.
2. Photocopy of air flight ticket
3. Photocopy of client's passport

*Failure in fulfilling the above mention will delay in the documentation process. If you are bringing your car to home country, please prepare the following documents:

1. Inkan syoumei
2. Shaken syoumei
3. Car registration plate
4. Japan driving license

After completion of the above documents we will provide the following documents to be filled in:

1. Agent authorization form
2. Customs authorization form
3. Invoice and list of items
